Progress

I haven't really tracked my progress out till now.


Since June 2012, I have ran 86 kilometres.

I ran a 5 km Active 4 Autism race ( in 80/km windgusts) at 53:32

Started a training plan focused on weight loss, lean muscle gain and getting into running 10km starting September 10,2012.

Started a nutrition plan on September 20,2012.



September 25 - my total weight loss is 5.89% ( 17 lbs) since February 2012
                            2.98% since September 10/12

September 29, 2012 - 5 km 44:12 minutes

December 27, 2012 - Personal Record of Squating - 105 lbs!
Also, found a dress for a wedding on the 22nd in a SIZE 14!!








First Time EVER in a size 14! Love this dress!

Ran a full 7 kms May 20/13 - 1:05 hour
 
 
Personal record broken for 5 km!! Ran on May 25/13 - 41:24 mins! That's a 8.16 km/min pace!
